This policy covers nuovoforte.com, the corporate website of NuovoForte Corp., a company incorporated in Alberta, Canada. It is an informational site: it has no accounts, no sign-in, and no payments.

1. What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. This site has no forms; the contact links open your own email client. If you email us, we receive your address, your message, and anything you attach.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser user-agent — which exist to operate and secure the site.

2. What we do not do

• No advertising or third-party analytics trackers.
• No cookies are set by this site.
• No external fonts, scripts or embeds, so your visit is not reported to anyone else.
• We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Ever, and not as a matter of current policy — as a matter of what this business is.

3. Why we may hold your information

To reply to you, and to keep a record of a business conversation. Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) our basis is your consent, given by contacting us, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.

4. Who else sees it

Our email provider (Microsoft 365) and our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services, Canada and United States regions) process data on our behalf. We disclose information otherwise only where the law requires it.

Data may be processed in the United States, where different laws apply.

5. How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept while the business relationship or enquiry is live, and then for as long as we have a legal or accounting reason to retain it. Server logs are kept for a short operational period.

6. Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@nuovoforte.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

7. Security

The site is served over TLS. Email is held in access-controlled corporate mailboxes. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the version above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
